What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep dish areas, sinks, floors, and surrounding kitchen spaces clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Organize dishes, restock supplies, assist with basic kitchen tasks, and support an efficient workflow.
• Follow sanitation practices and food-safety procedures and communicate with kitchen team members.
