What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• provide delegated treatments under the individualized care plan
• take and record vital signs as instructed and report changes to the RN
• document services in the computerized charting system
• observe and report changes in physical or emotional condition
• and assist with bathing, shampooing, nail and foot care, and medication administration.
