What you'll do

• Lead daily facility operations in a heavy industrial production environment
• drive production and work alongside supervisors and production teams
• manage labor utilization, equipment performance, quality, safety, maintenance, and financial results
• develop supervisors and employees
• improve workflows and throughput
• manage staffing, schedules, budgets, and plant-level financial performance
• monitor KPIs and report operational and financial results to corporate leadership.
