Wellness Nurse — NOC PRN

The Wellness Nurse — NOC PRN role is onsite in Lombard, IL; pay is $32.75–$36.20 per hour, commensurate with experience. The nurse supports resident health and well-being at Lombard Place Assisted Living & Memory Care, part of Spectrum Retirement Communities. The role provides ongoing clinical monitoring, supports community nurses and caregivers, coordinates admissions and outside services, administers medications and treatments, and documents and reports resident care and significant changes while helping maintain regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Assist with resident admissions, screening, assessments, and care needs
• ensure care follows resident care plans
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• coordinate care with outside providers and resident physicians
• document and report care and significant changes
• maintain knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures.
