Job overview

What you'll do
- Lead the IT department and manage its staffing, budget, vendors, service delivery, infrastructure, and security
- oversee technology operations across program sites
- execute the three-year IT strategic plan
- manage cybersecurity, continuity, and compliance
- represent IT to executive leadership and the Board
- and lead AI strategy, responsible-use policies, implementation, training, and adoption. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with periodic on-call availability for critical system incidents.
