The specialist manages day-to-day housing operations for young adults, helping maintain a portfolio of master-leased scattered-site units and secure additional housing. The role supports safe, well-maintained housing through property operations, landlord partnerships, resident coordination, compliance, and accurate records.

What you'll do

  • Develop an inventory of appropriate units by networking with landlords and housing providers
  • manage an assigned portfolio of scattered-site units
  • coordinate move-ins and relocations
  • inspect units and document conditions
  • coordinate maintenance, repairs, and work orders
  • assist with eviction processes as applicable
  • maintain vendor and landlord relationships
  • track leases, rent, fees, and renewal dates
  • maintain resident, landlord, vendor, and work-order files
  • update property-management systems and databases
  • process paperwork, invoices, and reports
  • support rent and subsidy processes
  • attend program and housing coordination meetings.
