Roving Community Manager — Apartment Operations

What you'll do

• Oversee assigned apartment community operations with Regional Manager support
• supervise onsite staff and manage hiring, development, and performance
• maintain occupancy through leasing, renewals, and market awareness
• oversee leasing files, move-ins, unit turns, rent collection, expenses, and reporting
• inspect properties and address maintenance and safety concerns
• implement policies and ensure Fair Housing compliance
• respond to resident complaints
• coordinate vendors and support court proceedings
• participate in after-hours emergency calls and scheduled on-call rotations.
