What you'll do

• Manage receiving, quality checks, staging, kitting, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• document and train teams on standard operating procedures

• maintain packing standards and audit quality
• reconcile inventory and shipment data
• manage supplies, warehouse layout, and capacity
• hire, schedule, onboard, supervise, and coach associates
• track site KPIs and expenses
• manage carrier and supplier relationships
• coordinate event supply requests.
