Assistant Project Manager — Civil Division

The position helps project managers and field teams deliver civil infrastructure work by coordinating quality control, safety compliance, documentation, and field support. It also provides early-career exposure to scheduling, cost management, project operations, and closeout.

What you'll do

• Support project quality-control plans and conduct field inspections
• coordinate material submittals, testing, inspections, and documentation
• assist with safety audits, safety plans, toolbox talks, OSHA compliance, near-miss tracking, and corrective actions
• assist with RFIs, change orders, daily reports, requisitions, records, and as-built drawings
• coordinate with crews, subcontractors, inspectors, clients, and internal teams
• review reports and timecards
• assist with project updates, proposals, cost projections, and reports
• monitor subcontractor and vendor performance.
