What you'll do

• Welcome customers and understand their transportation needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget
• present new and pre-owned Volvo options and demonstrate features, technology, and safety systems
• conduct test drives
• assist with purchase, lease, and trade-in options
• prepare pricing proposals
• respond to leads and inquiries
• maintain CRM records and follow up
• build repeat and referral business
• complete required training and certifications
• deliver vehicles and introduce customers to the Service team.
