What you'll do

• Coordinate timely completion of OBRA and PPS MDS assessments from admission through discharge
• collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and social services on person-centered care plans
• review clinical documentation for accuracy and reimbursement support
• conduct quality reviews of medical records and provide documentation feedback to floor staff
• assist with electronic MDS submissions to CMS and correct errors as needed.
