Event Sales Manager — Restaurant Events

Close coordination with restaurant management, the Executive Chef, the Sommelier, and operating partners helps deliver events according to client specifications and booking guidelines.

What you'll do

• Generate new event and catering clients
• handle inquiries and prepare proposals
• maintain client and event files
• negotiate prices and arrangements and secure signed contracts and deposits within booking guidelines
• coordinate menus, staffing, wines, supplies, and services with restaurant departments
• attend management meetings and networking events
• support events and respond to client requests
• prepare bills and ensure payment collection
• produce sales reports and forecasts
• handle complaints and follow up with clients.
