The Aggregates Management Trainee role is an onsite position based in Perrin, TX. The annual salary range is $75,410.00 to $100,549.99, supporting the Aggregates division at Heidelberg Materials. This role exists to develop future leaders through a structured training program. The trainee contributes to the team by learning all aspects of quarry and sand & gravel operations, including production management, safety, and quality control.

What you'll do

• Participate in a defined management training program.
• Assist in managing daily aggregate production operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Engage in special projects.
• Learn mine planning, operations optimization, quality control, sales, and maintenance.
