What you'll do

• Oversee the safety and well-being of individuals in residential programs and coordinate activities and community integration according to each person’s Individual Plan.
• Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals, maintain attendance and payroll records, hold staff meetings and provide training, ensure budgetary compliance and policy adherence, and participate in Individual Plan assessment, development, review, and implementation.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and experience with 6400 regulations. Education and direct-service experience requirements vary by degree: master’s plus one year, bachelor’s plus two years, or associate degree/60 credits plus four years working with individuals with developmental disabilities. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available under the stated eligibility terms.
