By coordinating with construction management, field leaders, vendors, and subcontractors, the role connects estimating assumptions to project execution and helps improve bid accuracy, cost outcomes, and future estimates.

What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, contracts, schedules, and bid requirements
• prepare estimates and quantity takeoffs
• develop labor, equipment, material, trucking, and subcontractor costs
• assess project opportunities and risks
• coordinate bid reviews and estimate-to-operations handoffs
• maintain historical cost and production data.
