Join an established, award-winning community practice in Iowa with immediate patient demand and strong clinical support. We are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our growing team. • 100% outpatient primary care. No weekends unless you'd like to pick up urgent care shifts (not required). Epic EMR. Day-one volume driven by rapid growth of young families in the area. Diverse patient panel. Team of 6 MDs/DOs. 1 RN/LPN and 1 MA per provider. 35 APPs (Iowa is an independent practice state).

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient panel.
• Manage patient care in collaboration with a dedicated support team.
• Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and efficient documentation.

• Base salary: $300,000-$400,000 (experience-based).
• Production bonus ($12,000 - $120,000 annually).

• No cap on earnings.
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CE, student loan repayment.
