What you'll do

• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload construction and paving equipment
• perform vehicle safety checks and pre- and post-trip inspections
• report repair needs
• operate trucks with different trailer combinations
• calculate equipment and vehicle weights to comply with permitting limits
• follow DOT, FMCSA, and cargo-securement rules
• and coordinate with dispatch, crews, and project teams.
