Regional Sales Trainer

What you'll do

• Conduct weekly in-store training on protection-plan features, benefits, objection handling, and value-based selling
• coach sales and store leaders
• analyze KPIs, attachment rates, and sales trends
• collaborate with store and corporate leadership
• facilitate group and individual coaching
• support Train-the-Trainer programs
• conduct store visits and performance audits
• develop coaching plans
• report performance updates
• assist with onboarding
• partner on customer issue resolution and de-escalation.
