What you'll do

• Direct and supervise hourly team members
• support product quality, operational efficiency, and guest service
• help plan and complete assigned tasks
• follow safety, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures
• train team members
• assist with equipment and facility maintenance
• perform register and safe audits, deposits, and fund accounting
• respond to guest complaints
• monitor restaurant cleanliness
• recommend disciplinary action when appropriate.
