What you'll do

• Manage vehicle reservations, dispatches, and returns in Fleet Anywhere
• support the vehicle safety inspection program and perform 15-point inspections at dispatch and return
• document damage or unsafe conditions and report them to the Operations Manager
• review dispatch lists and reservations
• enter customer information
• submit monthly NTV mileage reports
• maintain vehicle-pool usage and maintenance records
• coordinate vehicle availability and respond to customer communications
• verify odometer readings.
