Member Service Representative — Float

What you'll do

• Travel as needed to branch locations

• open accounts and assist with account maintenance

• process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
• explain products, services, and digital banking tools
• recommend solutions suited to member needs
• resolve concerns
• maintain accurate records and follow compliance and confidentiality requirements.
