What you'll do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, employees, and clients
• respond to incidents and concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols of retail areas, common spaces, walkways, parking areas, and perimeters
• monitor access points
• report unusual conditions and policy violations
• maintain activity reports and incident documentation.
