This role exists to provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring displays are built, shelves are reset, and inventory is managed to maximize sales opportunities and improve the overall shopping experience, involving travel up to 50% or more.

What you'll do

• Build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers.
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently and possess successful team building skills.
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality.
• Travel within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays.
