Field Operations Specialist

The Field Operations Specialist role is onsite in Durham, NC. Pay is $22 per hour. The role patrols assigned lots or garages, verifies payment using a smartphone app, and helps customers navigate payment. This on-the-ground work supports parking operations and a smooth customer experience; some additional duties depend on the assigned property.

What you'll do

• Patrol assigned parking lots or garages on foot
• scan license plates and verify payment using the Space Force app
• issue citations and leave notices when needed
• guide customers through payment
• provide coverage across multiple locations as needed. Depending on location, duties may include light cleanup, vendor coordination, signage assistance, or traffic direction.
