What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop sales staff

• maintain showroom displays and merchandising
• build relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, remodelers, and vendors
• develop business opportunities
• resolve customer, delivery, product, and jobsite concerns
• review bids, margins, pricing, and order accuracy
• monitor sales performance and market trends
• coordinate scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
