The Unarmed Security Officer – Site Patrol role is onsite in Cleveland, OH, with a schedule of Monday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. Pay is $16.97 per hour. The officer supports security at a utility location and serves employees, visitors, and contractors. The role exists to help safeguard the assigned site by patrolling facilities and grounds, monitoring access, and responding to incidents according to site procedures. Clear communication, customer service, and accurate reporting help maintain a welcoming and secure environment.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities
• conduct routine and random foot and/or vehicle patrols
• monitor access and verify credentials as directed
• maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• prepare activity and incident reports and communicate concerns to site leadership and supervision.
