What you'll do

• Stretch, top, and cook pizzas using Flippers methods
• make and manage fresh dough that is cold-fermented for at least 48 hours
• weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes
• receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
• clean as work proceeds.
