What you'll do

• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• perform risk assessment and intervention
• coordinate with emergency services
• assess behavioral health status
• provide evidence-based interventions, group therapy, and individual and family therapy
• act as liaison among clients, psychiatrists, and providers
• connect clients with resources
• coordinate care with medical and other service providers
• document contacts and clinical information in the EHR
• serve as a resource to the clinical team.
