The Flood Law Firm represents people harmed through no fault of their own and pursues compensation from insurers and corporations. The attorney manages personal injury cases through the case lifecycle, advising clients and evaluating claims, liability, damages, treatment, and coverage. The role advances cases toward resolution through settlement, litigation, or other appropriate means while coordinating with attorneys and legal support staff.

What you'll do

• Independently manage a personal injury caseload
• communicate with clients about case status, treatment, strategy, and legal process
• evaluate liability, damages, medical treatment, insurance coverage, and related issues
• develop case strategy
• prepare legal documents and correspondence
• assist with pleadings, discovery, negotiations, and case development
• work toward case resolution
• collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
