What you'll do

• Pre-weigh ingredients using batch cards
• start, operate, monitor, and shut down automated mixing equipment
• complete documentation and changeovers
• ensure products meet specifications
• troubleshoot basic machine issues
• follow ingredient procedures
• identify and obtain ingredients
• inspect ingredients for foreign objects
• weigh and mix batches
• log ingredient lot codes and slurry samples
• maintain weight range, whip percentage, product temperature, consistency, and kettle levels
• operate the kettle, grinder, and whipper within specified parameters.
