Packer I — Flour Packaging

The Packer I role is onsite in Fresno, CA, with a listed shift of 1:00 PM–9:00 PM. Pay is $20.14 per hour. The role supports Miller Milling Company’s flour production and shipment operations.

What you'll do

• Fill 50-pound bags of finished flour and load them onto pallets for trailer movement
• coordinate with the Shift Miller and Loader on products to pack
• fill in on loading when needed
• complete trailer inspections, tailings checks, product retain samples, and order verification paperwork
• use Excel
• follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety requirements.
