What you'll do

• Answer and route incoming calls
• retrieve and forward voicemail messages
• answer general questions and provide directions
• welcome visitors and notify appropriate personnel
• maintain the list of hospitalized residents
• update appointment, transportation, and beauty calendars
• sort and route mail and publications
• accept deliveries
• maintain copy and fax machines
• prepare documents
• perform filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties
• order and maintain office supplies.
