What you'll do
- Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction cost estimates for new and retrofit projects
- perform structural modeling and analysis
- ensure compliance with IBC, ASCE-7, AISC 360, and ACI 318
- oversee drafting and design development using Revit and AutoCAD
- design equipment support structures, foundations, masonry, and light-framed construction
- lead design coordinators and drafting personnel
- collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors
- review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and conduct inspections and site visits.
