What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• check them in according to procedures
• relay messages through club software
• answer phones professionally
• communicate special events
• facilitate member requests or refer them to a manager
• schedule member service needs
• process payments according to procedures
• maintain knowledge of club facilities, services, and schedules
• keep the work area clean and organized
• assist in other areas and projects as needed
• sell retail products if sold at the front desk.
