What you'll do

• Assist with meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and errands
• support written special diet plans
• escort clients to appointments and outings as specified in care plans
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with communication needs
• follow care plans and agency procedures
• observe and report changes in client condition
• maintain accurate daily records
• attend training and staff meetings.
