The Senior Retail Marketing Manager role is an office-based position in Broomfield, CO. Compensation is $125,000–$135,000 per year. Sea to Summit designs, manufactures, and distributes outdoor equipment for adventures at every altitude. The role leads North American retail go-to-market planning from seasonal strategy through in-season execution, translating brand and commercial priorities into plans that support sell-in and sell-through. It coordinates with Sales, Marketing, global brand, E-Commerce, Operations, Finance, and field resources, and occasional travel is required for trade shows, retailer visits, and consumer events.

What you'll do

• Own the North American retail go-to-market calendar and planning process
• lead seasonal retail marketing strategy
• partner with Sales on account segmentation and support plans
• develop key-account marketing plans and sales tools
• manage dealer kits and merchandising
• plan point-of-purchase and point-of-sale materials
• direct field resources for in-store merchandising and activations
• support retail staff training
• plan and activate North American trade shows.
