What you'll do

• Conduct legal research
• draft pleadings, motions, and other documents
• take and defend depositions
• draft and answer discovery requests
• prepare for and assist at trial
• communicate with clients and colleagues
• travel locally for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections, and depositions as required.
