What you'll do

• Coordinate project activities to support cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards
• prepare and distribute meeting minutes
• assist with project logs, RFIs, submittals, coordination drawings, schedules, and change orders
• track material deliveries and verify submittals against plans and specifications
• support subcontractor coordination, permits, field staff, safety documentation, and procurement
• maintain project submittal logs.
