What you'll do

• Welcome and inform museum and retail guests
• share product knowledge and brand stories
• respond to guest questions and escalate issues as needed
• maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandise presentation
• support ticketing, museum entry, and crowd management
• assist with product recommendations, transactions, returns, and exchanges
• support promotions and sales goals
• maintain familiarity with the Stockyards area
• collaborate with store colleagues and leadership.
