What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding
• partner with hiring managers and leadership on hiring strategies
• build candidate pipelines
• source through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, community partnerships, job fairs, and direct outreach
• advise hiring managers
• use recruiting metrics
• improve recruiting processes, technology, candidate experience, and employer brand
• build relationships with schools and workforce organizations
• represent the company at career events
• mentor recruiters and HR team members
• lead special recruiting and HR initiatives.
