The Spanish-Speaking Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Longmont, CO. Pay is $20–$23 per hour, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The role supports Clover Basin, a 422-unit property managed by Cirrus Asset Management. The consultant helps prospective and current residents navigate leasing and community processes, while supporting occupancy, renewals, retention, and resident satisfaction. The role coordinates with property management and maintenance to address resident needs and maintain accurate records.

What you'll do

• Greet and tour prospective residents
• promote available units and amenities
• explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing
• maintain resident files
• coordinate with the property manager and maintenance team
• process recertifications and renewals
• assist with retention
• communicate lease provisions and community policies
• assist with applications
• update waitlists
• prepare assigned reports
• resolve resident issues
• conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
