What you'll do

• Collect, wash, dry, and store soiled dishes, cookware, utensils, and prep tubs
• clean and restock cook stations
• clean kitchen machines and appliances
• keep the dish area organized
• assist with unloading and storing deliveries
• sweep and mop floors
• take out trash and rinse garbage cans
• support other restaurant staff
• report kitchen accidents or food-safety violations
• prepare dining and kitchen areas for opening, service, rushes, and closing.
