Compensation is $16–$17 per hour. The Program Operations Intern is an onsite role based in West Palm Beach, FL. This role exists to ensure that daily program activities run smoothly and efficiently. The intern contributes to the team by organizing materials, supporting logistics, and assisting with daily check-in processes to maintain a structured and welcoming environment.

What you'll do

• Organize and prepare materials for daily program activities
• support logistics including setup and breakdown
• manage attendance and check-in/check-out processes
• provide on-site operational support
• maintain organization of supplies and inventory
• assist with meal distribution
• communicate issues to staff.
