What you'll do

• Supervise service technicians’ work, assignments, and schedules
• support service department profitability
• provide technical and engineering assistance for installations, startup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• assist with service quotes
• maintain technician training
• coordinate with sales on installation and design
• maintain parts inventory.
