What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and evaluate RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
  • oversee staffing and scheduling
  • support surveys, audits, and inspections
  • assess residents and review physician orders
  • coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and documentation
  • oversee infection control
  • implement QAPI initiatives
  • coordinate MDS assessments and care plan meetings
  • provide staff training and mentoring
  • communicate with families, physicians, and providers
  • participate in management meetings and emergency preparedness planning.
