What you'll do

• Prepare meals using provided recipes and menus, plate food for service, wash dishes as needed, and ensure supplies and preparation are ready for each meal.
• Adjust menus and recipes when needed, follow safe food handling and storage practices, document temperature checks, and maintain clean, sanitary kitchen areas.
• Coordinate and supervise shift operations in the absence of the Culinary Assistant or Director of Culinary Services.
