The Teacher’s Aide role is onsite in Monroe, NC. The starting rate is $14 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule of either 6:45 AM–2:45 PM or 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, 40 hours per week. Union County Community Action supports children and families through Head Start and Early Head Start classrooms. The aide assists teachers with classroom activities, supervision, organization, and documentation while supporting children’s developmental and educational needs. The role also contributes to family engagement and helps maintain a safe, orderly classroom.

Why this role
