E-Commerce Director

The E-Commerce Director role is onsite in Vancouver, WA, with a base salary of $120,000–$155,000 per year. Snap Supplements is hiring for a newly created position to lead its ecommerce function. The director sets ecommerce strategy and standards, owns website financial performance, and leads the team responsible for the site experience and customer journey. The role coordinates with Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Care, and Finance to grow ecommerce performance while supporting compliant supplement advertising, labeling, and claims.

What you'll do

• Own website revenue, margin, and contribution targets and report results to leadership
• lead and develop the ecommerce department
• build and run the ecommerce roadmap covering site experience, merchandising, pricing, promotions, bundles, and subscriptions
• improve conversion, average order value, and customer lifetime value through testing and data
• partner with Marketing on acquisition, email, SMS, and retention
• coordinate with Product, Operations, and Customer Care on inventory, fulfillment, and service
• manage ecommerce technology and agency or vendor relationships
• maintain site compliance with applicable supplement advertising, labeling, and claims standards
• build dashboards and a weekly operating rhythm.
