Quality Engineer

Job overview

The Quality Engineer role is onsite in Anaheim, CA, and pays $120,000–$135,000 per year. Advanced Cooling Technologies develops and manufactures thermal management solutions for aerospace, defense, data centers, energy, and industrial applications. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the engineer supports quality throughout product development, manufacturing, inspection, and distribution. The role helps ensure products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and quality-system requirements through testing, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Provide quality engineering support across product development
• support process mapping, controls, SOPs, CAPA, inspections, and test procedures
• develop inspection and testing strategies
• maintain quality documentation
• support supplier quality and corrective actions
• assist with ISO 9001 and AS9100 audits
• perform First Article and final inspections
• oversee calibration and internal audits
• conduct risk assessments and FMEA
• manage nonconforming materials and engineering changes.
