What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate residential leadership staff
• oversee staffing coordination, recruitment, and professional development
• ensure services align with OPWDD standards and agency policies
• monitor service plans and clinical supports
• oversee audits and quality improvement
• assist with budgets, procurement, and facilities maintenance
• collaborate with nursing
• manage admissions, transitions, and discharges
• serve as Administrator On Call
• contribute to policy and agency initiatives.
